Creative Collaborators @ Thoughtbubble in November 2012

There is a whole bunch of great creative people that I’ve worked with over the years, but its a rare thing to be able to get to spend time and work on something collaboratively with old friends…

So I’m really looking forward to pulling some interesting work together with my old friend Andrew Segal ready for Thoughtbubble in November…

Andrew’s a writer and illustrative creative whose energy and enthusiasm for all things art, science, literature, political, philosophical and just fun and curious knowledge based, has kept me on my toes for years as well as being simply a great inspiration as far as my illustration is concerned… He usually has about six sketchbooks on the go, and as many projects in each one at any given time…

We’ve set some projects in motion before our Super-natural Western for one ‘Frozen Tears’, but this is the first active collaboration with a deadline in sight (i.e. November).

Like myself, Andrew recently contributed work towards the Fables for Japan charity comic art and prose project.

You can see some of his recent doodles below (visiting the North, traveling from that there London)…

Oh, and follow him on Twitter too… @Cosmonautilus

Needless to say I’m looking forward to seeing what he pulls together for this…

…as well as seeing some of the project he’s working on with our other old friend Damian Street, who is a fantastic illustrator…

It’s been way too long since we did a road trip together… maybe this is a chance for that too, even if its only for stationary supplies over the weekend, laughs.

Oh, and don’t forget to check out these guys too… ThoughBubble Buddies… Laughs.
